Refund Policy:
We are able to provide a return within 30 days of purchase provided the item is unused and in the condition on which is was purchased.
Opened records, accessories and other items are not eligible for return.
To return items, they can be brought to our bricks and mortar store or shipped to us, in appropriate packaging to ensure the product is not damaged. If you choose to return your product via shipping, please contact us in advance.
Shipping:
Shipping costs will be provided at time of check out, with free shipping for orders over $120 within Canada. Shipping cost will vary depending upon location and shipping provider.
Backordered items:
Occasionally items fly off the shelfs so fast, they do get backordered. If this is the case for your order, we will provide updates on expected delivery dates and shipping as you await your new arrival.
Can I change or cancel my order:
Changes to an order can take place before it is shipped, however, once the order is “in the mail” changes are no longer possible.
